Mission Statement

Our mission is to cultivate the integration of mind, body and spirit within the entire self. Where people from all backgrounds can come together to train and study.

To provide students a safe and relaxed atmosphere to learn and grow.

To teach a solid foundation of Basic Movements and Basic Techniques which serve as the foundation for the students' continued growth and learning at much higher levels.

To develop discipline, self-confidence, self-control, self-reliance. To provide inner strength with which to develop a healthy body, mind and natural reflexes.

We welcome and encourage participation by everyone regardless of age, race, religion, gender, orientation or physical ability.

We seek and encourage diversity among our students and those we train with.

We hope that our students may become not only better martial artists but better people with the training, knowledge, experience, and wisdom that  Aikido has to offer, and that practice will promote leadership skills that can be applied in the community.
